Reece Zondag Session descriptions
1.The 10 Key Areas of Club Operations – Running a Truly Profitable Club
Running a profitable club is a complex business. Every single member offering has to be perfect (or as close as you can get) to make sure they enjoy and stay. Focus breeds genius.
Learn the 10 Key Areas of Club Operations and all that goes into maintaining world class performance in each of them. Each area has its own Key Performance Indicators and points of focus for leaders in the business.
If you are a manager of a department or a full club you will take away a much clearer understanding of this successful management method.
2.Leadership – Create and Maintain a ‘Cause’ – It’ll Work Wonders!
At the centre of club operations is leadership. It’s in a category all its own.
Your staff look to you for their inspiration…for their reason to come to work each day. There are several keys to successful leadership and creating and maintaining a cause is arguably the most important. We spend a lot of time talking to our staff about the ‘how’ and the ‘what’ to do. That’s pretty easy. We spend very little time on the ‘why’. Staff will buy the ‘why’. Learn how to create and communicate a ‘cause’ or a ‘purpose’. Create a simple to understand plan which will direct the behaviour of your staff when you are not there.
If you lead a team of people or have aspirations to do so, you can’t miss this one.
